Making The Most Of a Sunroom Home Addition

home additions NJIt’s on beautiful sunny mornings like today where I sit outside to enjoy my coffee and plan my day that I wish I had a sunny, outdoorsy spot that I could enjoy all year long. Unfortunately, it really isn’t an option in this climate, but a sunroom sure would fix that problem!

Building a sunroom home addition is an excellent way to bring the outdoors in, add valuable square footage to your home, and create a beautiful space to enjoy all year round.

What makes four-season sunrooms extremely valuable, as far as home improvements go, is their adaptability. Whatever space you’re lacking in your home, a sunroom can be used to compensate. For example, a sunroom can be used as one or a few of these:
• a formal or informal sitting room
• a breakfast nook
• a reading room or home library
• a study space
• a home office
• a play room
• a conservatory or indoor gardening area
• a craft or hobby space
• a tea room
